What is detox water?
Detox water is something that detoxify our now. Now coming
to that question what is the toxin of body?
Actually several biochemical reactions are going on in our
body the end products of those reactions are not all absorbed by our body. Some
bi-products are also make that are not good for our body in the long run. So we
use detox water to detoxify our body.
Types of detox water:
These are really countless. We have numerous fruits,
vegetables, roots, leaves available to make detox water. We can use combination
of these all also. Depending upon the required benefits we can make various
types of detox water. India has rich source of spices, we can also use those.
Procedure:
Actually the basic procedure is very same. These all are
infused water you can soak needed fruits / herbs/ vegetable / spices overnight
and take them at morning. (empty stomach) you should not take anything before
or 30 minutes after.
Garlic Detox Water:
Component:-
You need 300 ml water to make it. 200 ml water we should
take at daytime and remaining 100 ml we should take at night.
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 table spoon lemon juice
- ½ table spoon ginger juice
- When 300 ml water boils vigorously add all the ingredients. Switch of the flame. Lid it for 5 minutes and take it.
Benefits of Garlic Detox Water:-
The first thing is it helps in weight loss. Yah! I am
serious guys. But as it is a simple naturel ingredient you have to wait for a
month. Be patience dear.
After a month you will see 100 grams / 200 grams weight loss
then suddenly it become drastic like 2 kgs / 4 kgs depending upon your faith,
work out and diet.
