First of all if you are a nursing mother, do not hurry to lose weight. But moms are getting worried about how to lose post pregnancy weight. Start healthy and happy parenting. If it was caesarean delivery, mothers need extra care before taking up any weight loss decision. Getting too much impulsive to lose weight is not recommended the breast feeding mother. Make realistic goals and decide how much weight you need to lose. Allow your body to lose weight gradually.
