Many people are now dependent on home delivery or restaurant meals in office
time because of very short time. But many people use the pressure cooker to
quickly clean the cucumber. But many people think that the nutrient quality of
the food is spoiled if cooked in a pressure cooker. Is this idea correct?

According to a report published in the US Health Journal, 'Science of
Food and Agriculture', the level of lectin levels decreased when cooked in a
pressure cooker. This lectin is a harmful chemical substance that can destroy
nutrients in food. In other words, if judged from this direction, then cooked
in pressure cooker, the nutrient quality of the food is maintained. However, in
cooking cookers, there may be different results in one meal for cooking. For
example, cooked meat such as a pressure cooker becomes easily digested. After
cooking the rice in the pressure cooker, the water gets more heavier. This rice
cannot be eaten more. If you play more then there is a possibility of being
thick.
In all, the recipe for the loss of the nutrients of food when cooked in
a pressure cooker is not very acceptable to US nutritionists. Rather, they
think that saving time in the pressure cooker can also save time and gas or
fuel can be possible.
