Losing weight is a personal and very individual process that
must be taken seriously and achieved using a planned methodology. To lose and

clothing, stay away from fast food and other junk foods, and be sure to store
only healthy foods in your refrigerator and pantry.

implement only those small, workable steps that suit your lifestyle, not those
of others.
