People of all ages can be infected by the coronavirus. Older people, and people with pre-existing medical conditions (such as asthma, diabetes, heart disease)

Here are few question and answers.

1.         Is cold water or running water kills Corona Virus?

Answer: No. Cold weather and snow CANNOT kill the Corona Virus.

2.         Is sun light kills Corona Virus?

Answer. No. The Corona Virus CAN be transmitted in areas with hot and humid climates.

3.         Is corona virus transmitted thru mosquito bite?

Answer: No. The Corona Virus CANNOT be transmitted through mosquito bites.

4.         Is animals or pet animals transmitted corona virus?

Answer: There is NO evidence that companion animals/pets such as dogs or cats can transmit the Corona Virus.

5.         Does taking a hot bath prevent corona virus transmission?

Answer:  No. Taking a hot bath DOES NOT prevent the Corona Virus.

6.         Does hand dryers kill the corona virus?

Answer: No. Hand dryers are NOT effective in killing the Corona Virus.

7.         Can ultra violet light can prevent you from Corona Virus.

Answer: Ultraviolet light SHOULD NOT be used for sterilisation and can cause skin irritation.

8.         Is thermal scanner detect infection of corona virus?

Answer: Thermal scanners CAN detect if people have a fever but CANNOT detect whether or not someone has the Corona Virus.

9.         Does spraying alcohol in your body prevent you from Corona Virus?

Answer: Spraying alcohol or chlorine all over your body WILL NOT kill viruses that have already entered your body.

10.       Can pneumonia protect me?

Answer: No. Vaccines against pneumonia, such as pneumococcal vaccine and Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) vaccine, DO NOT provide protection against the Corona Virus.

11.       Can rinsing the nose spreading Corona Virus?

Answer: There is NO evidence that regularly rinsing the nose with saline has protected people from infection with the Corona Virus.

12.       Can Garlic can protect from Corona Virus?

Answer: Garlic is healthy but there is NO evidence from the current outbreak that eating garlic has protected people from the Corona Virus.

13.       Use of Antibiotics prevent Corona Virus?

Answer: Antibiotics DO NOT work against viruses, antibiotics only work against bacteria.

14.       Can Corona Virus medicine invented?

Answer: To date, there is NO specific medicine recommended to prevent or treat the Corona Virus. But good news is that drug like Chloroquine and Rimadesiviro gives good response. Scientists are still working hard for the proper vaccine.
