level of cortisol that gives your mind a good feeling. There is no such cause
and effects like between yoga and getting pregnant. There is no scientific
proof or experiments. Yoga can improve metabolism. Actually doing yoga or
becoming yogaholic is a huge lifestyle change that ensure not only a holistic
disease free body but also a fertile one. Actually it does not make your body
ready to conceive, carry etc. On the other hand any cardio like walking, running,
swimming, zumba, HIIT (High Intensive Interval Training) etc. are high impact
way to build physique. It really targets fat cells of the body – visceral, subcutaneous
both. It tightness the core, releases cortisols, endorphins mobiles fat,
improve hunger, and metabolism, boosts confidence, increase energy level etc.
