Many of us suffer from stomach gas. It is very painful for us. This gas in the stomach often puts us in a very embarrassing situation. Suppose you are in an office meeting, and then the gas passes by your voice. You see, all the employees are looking at you with their noses pressed. And then you go into a very embarrassing situation later. But you can't hold this gas. And if you try to hold this gas, it can be very deadly in your body, even your heart can be injured.

So what is the way to get rid of this gas in the stomach?

First you need to know why you have gas in your stomach.

  • You need to change the type of food. This is a kind of food that not everyone has gas in their stomach.

  • You need to keep an eye on your stomach gas after eating any food. If necessary, that food should be excluded from your daily food list.

  • Suppose your milk is getting gas while drinking tea. Then milk should be excluded from the food list. Then you have to drink red tea.

  • Many people drink less water than food. Or drink water with meals. But it can be a problem to get gas. Drink water at least 30 minutes after any meal.

  • Spicy foods with more spices should be completely eliminated from the daily food list. This is because many people do not digest spicy foods and cause flatulence.

  • Many go to bed after dinner at night. This will not work. Walk for at least 15 minutes after dinner. This will make your food digest better and you will suffer less from gas related problems.

  • Drink a small amount of water before going to bed.

  • Wake up in the morning and drink a small amount of water on an empty stomach. It is better if you can drink warm water. This flushes out the contaminants from your body. As a result, your body does not allow gas to accumulate.

  • 7 to 8 hours of sleep is very necessary to keep the body healthy. So it is important to keep an eye on sleep. With proper sleep, digestion of food will be better and you will suffer less from gas in stomach.

  • If you still suffer from flatulence, consult a doctor. Maybe there is another problem in your stomach and the way to get rid of it is the right treatment.
