To have a healthy mind and body, it is best to adjust your
breathing or take a deep breath. Deep breathing increases concentration and
reduces stress. There are some exercises that improve overall health and help
with weight loss. Pranayama has been practiced in our country for many ages to

This workout tightens the lower muscles of your abdomen, resulting in many digestive problems. This exercise creates heat in the abdomen and dissolves fat. Agni means fire and manure means perfume.
