Ingredients:
- Egg – 4-6 pieces or as per your requirements
- Potato – 8-12 pcs as per your requirements
- Mustard oil – 50 grams
- Green chili - 6 pcs
- Red chili – 2-4 pieces
- Cumin powder – 1 tea spoon
- Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
- Onion – 1 -2 pieces
- Garlic – 5-8 pieces
- Ginger – 1 ½ tea spoon
- Bay leaf – 2-4 piees
- Tomato – 1 pieces
- Garam Masala – ½ tea spoon
- Ghee – 1 tea spoon
Process:
Step -1

Boil the eggs and stay for cooling. Also boil the potatoes
and stay for cooling.
Step -2
Remove the outer cover of eggs. Give one pinch of salt and turmeric
powder on to the eggs. Same thing has to be given on boiled potatoes also.

Makes the spices paste with the mixture grinder. Like onion,
garlic, tomato, green chili, ginger paste.
Step -4
Potato Fry |
Take a pan or kadai and give 3-4 table spoon of mustard oil.
Hit the oil. Give the potatoes in to the pan for fry. Fry them until they looks
golden brown.
Step – 5
Fried Eggs |
Give the eggs in to the pan or kadai for fry. Fry it until
they got golden brown color.
Step -6
Give the spice paste on to the pan and fry them. Fry them
until its color is radish brown. Give
some hot water.
Step – 7
When the spice paste turn in Sami solid give the fried potatoes
and fried eggs on the semisolid spice paste. Cook them around 10 to 15 minutes.
Step – 8
Give the garam masala and ghee after that. Boiled few.
